Dried Lentils Is There A Way To Cook Dried Lentils Without Getting The Starchy/grainy Texture?

Is there a way to cook dried lentils without getting the starchy/grainy texture? - dried lentils

I do not know to achieve something like the oven or cooked beans, frozen () peas, carrots or something. I wonder if this texture has to do with them that lean and well-hydrated or something (?).. Or lentils are cool as well?

Are you enough time to cook? Home Cooking lentils and just like that.

This is a good recipe, I have made.

1 bag of lentils
1 jar of Ragu tomato friction
1 can of turnip greens seasoned
1 bag of pork hocks
1 cup water or more if desired.

Arrival
In a large pot of stew mix, turnip greens and ham hocks. Stir in lentils and let simmer. Cover the kettle boiling, and not the usual soup, but there will be bubbles, then left to medium heat, and simmer for one hour. Then pour the desired amount of water. Water, more liquid. Then cover and cook another half hour, stirring occasionally. Tops from the furnace in May, the more time needed to cook for more offers. You can not really cook the lentils.
