I have two relatives who worked for Disney in California and I had to overcome with their attitude electricity networks. (I know), a recruiter for the Park and School What Disney in an interview and an orientation course program is much more developed and advanced than most companies with difficulty. Really want to make sure they put the right people to fit their concept of the company. In other words, you are not an employee, they are a cast member. Importance, not only consider selling popcorn, but who sold popcorn on people and is a representative of the company. You can get lost or look sick, you can asked to make your recording, you can in a number of circumstances. And their reaction may be a "not my job." You need to be flexible, adaptable, friendly, sociable and willing to help customers, no matter the circumstances. And believe me, there are many circumstances which are in their parks. Some do not believe. (Try to have a baby to a client of the break room, because someone entered theAbortion and could not go fast enough for an ambulance)

He emphasized the benefits for their employees and people seem to love or hate computers, work there. Few people I know are middle.

Good luck to her goddaughter in her interview. Tell him to go with an open mind and be prepared for certain questions in the personality test.
